Brassneck creates high-profile factual television to critical acclaim.
Since our launch in 2008, we have produced formats that have sold all over the world, documentaries that have achieved record-breaking viewing figures and AFP content for some of the biggest brands on the planet.
Brassneck was founded by Don Letts, Kelly Cates and John Osborne.
Don Letts
A Grammy award-winning filmmaker, Don Letts is a cult figure in the world of arts. In 1978 he made The Punk Rock Movie and went on to direct over 300 music videos for the likes of Bob Marley and Elvis Costello. Don's films include the acclaimed PUNK: Attitude and The Clash: Westway to the World. He also hosts his own show on BBC 6 Music.
Kelly Cates
The face of sports television for over a decade, Kelly Cates (nee Dalglish) began her career as a presenter at Sky Sports News. In 2010 Kelly reported for ITV Sport at the FIFA World Cup in South Africa and currently presents for ESPN, where she hosts Talk of the Terrace and coverage of The FA Women's Super League.
John Osborne
Executive producer John Osborne spent the early part of his career producing and directing documentaries, and in 2006 was nominated for a BANFF World Television Award for his film Liverpool: One Night in May. In 2007 John was made editor-in-chief of Virgin Media Sport before leaving to start up Brassneck, where he is managing director.
